• Four QT-2000 terminals are connected by In-line as shared check tracking system.
  - Two QT-2000s on 2nd floor are used as order entry terminal.
  - One QT-2000 on 1st floor is used as order entry terminal.
  - One QT-2000 on 1st floor is used as final bill payment terminal.
  
• Four kitchen printers (KPs) at 1st floor are located inside the kitchen.
  The following order items data is transferred to the designated printers and printed out at the kitchen.
  - Pizza Oven order information is transferred to KP1.
  - Pizza kitchen order information is transferred to KP2.
  - Pasta kitchen order information is transferred to KP3.
  - BAR order information is transferred to KP4.
  
• Three external printers at 1st and 2nd floor are used as guest receipt printer.

What is the problem with PIZZELIA IL POMODORO system?

• The customer opens a new restaurant and wants change it's current POS system. They have been working with the cash registers of other maker for many years, only controlling their sales by department, but have no control over their item sales, and inventory. In their new restaurant they want to be able to control their food items, as well as having the possibility of check tracking. They new restaurant will include 4 cooking areas and a bar, so they want to be able to send information to these sections to kitchen printers.

• PIZZELIA IL POMODORO is first interested in purchasing a PC-Touch Screen solution. Equitron sends quotes for QT2000 and QT7000, according to their wishes. The QT2000 solution is discarded, and they analyze only PC solution with touch screen. QT7000 is promptly discarded because it exceeds their budget, and they analyze other PC and Software solutions instead.
  Thanks to the help of CASIO staff (who happens to be on a training visit in Costa Rica) and to our persistent sales staff, we are able to provide "il Pomodoro" a full and interactive demo of the QT2000 solution.

• They finally decided to purchase QT2000 because they noticed it's rugged and modern design, powerful and flexible software and most of all because they were convinced we would be able to provided them the best after sales service.
